We all know that people who enjoy their work are invariably better at it. That’s certainly the case with Rodger. He thrives on the Shopper Marketing and eCommerce businesses, distinguishing himself with strong business acumen and an endless reserve of energy.

Rodger has been with Red Fuse since its inception in 2012, leading the agency’s global Shopper Communications practice, inclusive of Shopper Marketing and eCommerce. Besides working on assignments/projects for Colgate-Palmolive Company, he develops the agency’s worldwide Shopper Marketing and eCommerce capability.

His prior experience covers a broad range of categories, including packaged goods, financial services, and travel. Some of the premier brands Rodger has worked on include Lipton and Knorr food products, All laundry detergent, Finesse hair-care products, Arrid antiperspirants, Trojan condoms, and MasterCard credit cards. He has also worked on collaborative projects with a wide range of retail partners throughout every continent of the world. .

Before joining Red Fuse, Rodger worked at WPP’s Y&R Advertising for 5 years. Prior to that, he was with WPP’s Geometry Global, Grey Worldwide, and Bates Worldwide. Prior to WPP, Rodger worked at other notable advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and MullenLowe.

Rodger graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the C.W. Post campus of Long Island University. His wife and daughter live with him in midtown Manhattan.
