Global IMC Executive Creative Director
Arlo is responsible for creative in all IMC touch points, working with the creative centers of excellence across the global network for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a division of Colgate-Palmolive.
He brings experience in agencies large and small, leading multidisciplined creative teams in strategy, message development and production that span both traditional and new media. His creative discipline and collaborative style on projects for clients in the animal health, retail and packaged goods categories have resulted in over 200 industry awards.
Committed to sharing creativity, Arlo is also an award-winning former assistant professor of journalism at the University of Kansas. He lives in Prairie Village, Kan., and has three sons and two dogs.
Arlo attended the University of Missouri School of Journalism, The Portfolio Center in Atlanta and Saint Louis University, where he received a master’s degree in communication.
